Blogger.com is a Google platform, made for creating blogs for free and it has no feature for plugins or domain registration, it's provide only a sub domain like http://Walipromotes.blogspot.com. If you want but your own unique domain name, you need to register it here on bluehost before you can set it up on your blogspot website created on Blogger.com.
Wix.com
Wix.com is a platform similar to WordPress, but it function in different way and its templates are different.
For good business, I will advise you to use WordPress.com to create your blog website.
